Bloom Nutrition Creatine Gummies review

Bloom is one of the biggest names in the women's wellness supplement space, and its creatine gummies are sugar-free at the full 5 g research dose. The gap is the same one we flag on most brands in this category: a "third-party verified" claim that we could not match to a named certification program.

Where this review comes from. We have not personally tested this product in a lab. This is a label and public-record review: what Bloom Nutrition states on its own packaging and retail listings, checked against the independent testing rounds we track. If that changes — a new certification, a new lab result — we will update this page. Full methodology.

The numbers

  • Dose: 5 g of creatine monohydrate per serving (3 gummies).
  • Format: 36-gummy bottle (12 servings) or a larger 90-gummy bottle (30 servings).
  • Price: around $19.99 for the 12-serving bottle at major retailers — roughly $1.67 per 5 g dose, in the same range as most branded competitors in this review series.
  • Sugar: labeled sugar-free — a genuine point of difference in a category where full servings commonly carry several grams of added sugar.
  • Other label claims: gluten-free, non-GMO, vegan-friendly.

What we could not confirm

Bloom's marketing describes the product as "third-party verified." That phrase alone does not tell you which program did the verifying, or what exactly it tested for. It is not the same claim as NSF Certified for Sport or Informed Sport — both of which are named, searchable registries where you can look up the exact product and lot. We were not able to find Bloom's creatine gummies in either registry at the time of writing.

Bloom's creatine gummies do not appear in any of the three public independent rounds we track for this category — NOW Foods, SuppCo, or the James Smith/Eurofins round. That is not evidence the product fails; it simply means no independent third party has published potency data on it that we can point to.

What to do before you buy: search NSF's Certified for Sport database and Informed Sport's product list directly for "Bloom" before assuming the "third-party verified" label means what those programs mean. If you can't find it, that does not mean the product is mislabeled — it means you are trusting the label the same way you would with most supplements that have never been through an independent testing round.

Sugar-free is a real point in its favor

Whatever else is unverified, sugar-free at a full 5 g dose is not a small thing in this category. Several of the brands we've reviewed carry meaningful added sugar per serving, taken daily for months. If sugar load is your main concern, Bloom's formulation addresses it directly — see our full breakdown of what "sugar-free" actually means on a gummy label.

Our honest read. Bloom’s 5 g in three gummies and its sugar-free formulation are genuinely strong on paper — on dose and sugar it beats our top pick. What it does not have, at least not that we could verify, is a named certification you can search or a published independent lab measurement. If sugar is your deciding factor, Bloom is a reasonable buy once you have checked the current panel yourself. If proof that the creatine is in the jar is what you are after, Create is the one we can back with a paper trail.

Questions

Is Bloom Nutrition Creatine Gummies NSF Certified for Sport?

We could not find it listed in NSF's Certified for Sport database at the time of writing. Bloom's own marketing uses the broader phrase "third-party verified," which is not the same as a named, searchable certification. Check the NSF and Informed Sport registries yourself before assuming equivalence.

How much creatine is in a Bloom gummies serving?

5 g of creatine monohydrate per serving, delivered across 3 gummies — the full research-backed daily dose in one serving, which is fewer pieces than several competitors in this category.

Are Bloom creatine gummies actually sugar-free?

They are labeled sugar-free, which is a genuine differentiator in a category where many competitors carry several grams of added sugar per serving. Always check the current supplement facts panel, since formulations can change.
