What it gets right
The sugar number is the standout. 0.5 g per gummy and 2.5 g across a full serving is genuinely low here. Plenty of competitors run 1–3 g per gummy, which turns a six-gummy dose into 6–18 g of added sugar a day. If you are taking this daily for six months, that difference is not trivial.
